Use recycled paper to make these origami seed packets that can be used for storing seeds collected from the garden. They could also be decorated and sold at plant fairs to raise money for your school garden.

  1. Recycle a page from an old gardening magazine or use some sheets of scrap paper

  2. Turn the rectangle into a square by folding and ripping off or cutting the excess paper

  3. With the fold at the bottom and right angle at the top, fold one of the corners across the middle to the other side

  4. Fold the lower corner across the top to the opposite corner

  5. After filling the seed packet with seeds, fold down the top and secure with a paper clip

  6. Don't forget to label the seed packet and write the date you packed it (if you wish)
