RHS Campaign for School Gardening scoops prestigious award
Rocket Science project named Marketing Campaign of the Year

On Friday 17th March, the RHS Campaign for School Gardening was awarded Marketing Campaign of the Year for our Rocket Science project at the Education Resources Awards 2017.
The prestigious awards, which took place at a glittering ceremony at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham, began 18 years ago to highlight and reward the quality and diversity of educational products, resources, services and people.
We were one of five finalists in our category and came out on top for the high-impact marketing strategy and outstanding level of engagement we achieved through our Rocket Science project.
The judges said, “Rocket Science was a standout winner for marketing campaign of the year due to its compelling narrative around solving major problems facing the world. Their meticulous planning and comprehensive marketing strategy saw their programme featured on national news and seen by a total of 184 million people worldwide with active participation from 600,000 young people.”
We are absolutely delighted to have won this award in recognition of the hard work our team put into this project and we would like to say a huge thank you to all our Rocket Science schools and groups who made this project out of this world!
